1. Eligible Items
Refunds may be granted for the following categories:
- Physical products purchased directly from cyronvexion.quest
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment error
- Unopened and unused merchandise returned within the specified timeframe
Items must be in original condition, with packaging intact and proof of purchase provided.
2. Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
For damaged or defective items, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of receipt to ensure prompt resolution.
3. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund:
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Await confirmation and return instructions from CYRONVEXION.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Conditions & Requirements
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- CYRONVEXION reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy criteria.
Partial refunds may apply if returned items show signs of use or missing components.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Digital downloads or services once delivered
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
These items are considered final and are not eligible for refund under standard conditions.
