Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund:

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Conditions & Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
  • CYRONVEXION reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy criteria.

Partial refunds may apply if returned items show signs of use or missing components.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Digital downloads or services once delivered
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

These items are considered final and are not eligible for refund under standard conditions.
